I am a Registered Psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar with the Psychology Board of Australia. Currently, I am a clinical PhD candidate at Griffith University, focusing on developing a parent training intervention for children with Specific Phobias. My clinical experience includes providing therapy across the lifespan for anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation issues. I have a keen interest in OCD and anxiety disorders, and I have worked within multiple research trials as project coordinator and lead clinician for OCD and Specific Phobias.

Philosophy and Vision

I seek to establish a warm and safe space for individuals working through their difficulties. My practice is informed by various therapeutic modalities.

Therapy Approach

I offer therapy that combines Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Schema Mode Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
