I have been practicing since 2020 and have worked in private practice, supporting adults through a wide range of life experiences—including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, separation, recovery from trauma and abuse, schizophrenia, panic, insomnia, postnatal mental health, addiction, and complex relationship dynamics. My approach is informed by a varied background, including roles as a clinical sleep consultant, assistant occupational therapist, and school psychologist.
I believe in providing culturally sensitive care and creating a safe, grounded space where clients feel supported, seen, and met with compassion. My practice is rooted in evidence-based care and a belief in each person’s capacity for insight, healing, and growth.
