I have over two decades of experience as a Clinical Psychologist, having obtained my Clinical Doctorate from the University of Queensland. Throughout my career, I have held diverse roles in clinical, organisational, and executive capacities within the federal government. I specialize in the assessment and management of ADHD and find great fulfillment in guiding clients through this process. Living in a neurodivergent household has provided me with a unique perspective on the strengths and resilience within such environments.
I believe in providing support through the assessment process and onward referrals for treatment where relevant for adults who may have long wondered about a possible diagnosis for many years. My approach focuses on building a meaningful and fulfilled life for my clients.
I offer therapy primarily to adults and adolescents, addressing issues such as mood disorders, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, grief, loss, and chronic pain. My therapeutic approach draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, and is enriched by elements of Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Compassion Focused Therapy.
