Psychologist
I have been practicing for over 20 years and have worked in various settings including private practice, mood disorder inpatient settings, mentoring, phone counselling, corporate workshops, and group therapy. I completed my Bachelor of Psychology with Honors and PhD at Charles Sturt University. My journey began as a welfare worker assisting adolescents experiencing homelessness, which motivated me to become a psychologist.
I believe in helping clients identify their strengths and core values to facilitate resilience and positive change. My empathic, collaborative, and warm approach creates an environment conducive to self-exploration and healing.
I offer a range of interventions including Schema Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. For couples, I utilize Emotion-Focused Therapy to decrease distress and increase connection.
