I have been practicing as a clinical and health psychologist and am the Director of the Centre for Eating, Weight and Body Image. I am passionate about ensuring client-centred, evidence-based treatment is available for people experiencing eating, weight, or body image related difficulties. I have a particular interest in integrated treatment for associated mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety, as well as physical health conditions like polycystic ovary syndrome and type 2 diabetes.

Therapy Approach

I offer a variety of therapeutic approaches including ACT, EMDR, IPT, Schema Therapy, CBT, Family Therapy, and Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy. My approach is integrative, focusing on the unique needs of each client.
