Psychologist
I became fully registered as a psychologist in 2012 after completing a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology)(Honours) at the University of Queensland and a Doctor of Psychology (Health) at Deakin University. I have worked in a range of settings across Melbourne and Brisbane, most recently working in corporate health and wellbeing before returning to private practice. I feel so grateful to be a psychologist and to connect and work with so many people.
I believe in the power of therapy and psychological science and strategies to not only manage the hard parts of life but to also increase our resilience, happiness and wellbeing.
I offer a range of services including counselling and coaching, focusing on helping clients develop peaceful relationships with food and their bodies, manage stress, and achieve their personal goals.
