I have 14 years of experience working in clinical and research settings in Australia and the UK. I completed my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and a PhD in Health Psychology at the University of Sydney. My work has included significant experience providing psychological treatments to inpatients and outpatients of private psychiatric facilities, including a 12-year period at Ramsay Clinic Northside. I currently work with Oshia as the clinical lead for their online group therapy programs.

Philosophy and Vision

I believe in an anti-diet approach to eating disorders, focusing on Health At Every Size (HAES) and intuitive eating principles. My approach emphasizes normalizing relationships with food and body without a focus on intentional weight loss.

Therapy Approach

I offer a range of psychological treatments, primarily using Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and other trauma-informed therapies.
