I have been practicing for over 20 years, working across various settings including hospitals, community services, universities, schools, and private practice. I completed my PhD in Clinical Psychology at Griffith University and have a strong background in Educational Psychology. My experience includes working with individuals of all ages, from very young children to the elderly, and I have a particular focus on neurodiversity, especially ADHD.
I believe in a warm, empathic, and collaborative approach to therapy. My work is guided by the understanding that each client's journey is unique, and I strive to tailor my therapeutic approaches to best fit their individual needs and goals.
I offer a range of therapeutic services including individual, couples, and family therapy. My approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques, among others.
