I have been practicing since 2010 and have worked in forensic settings, private psychiatric facilities, public mental health settings, universities, and organisational psychology. I work with adults and couples, helping them overcome challenges and reconnect with their lives. My experience includes dealing with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and relationship problems.

I offer individual and relationship counselling, utilizing an eclectic mix of therapeutic approaches including ACT, DBT, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and CBT. My methods are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
