Clinical Psychologist at Lawson Clinical Psychology
I have been practicing for six years in private practice, helping teens and adults to not only reduce the not-so-good stuff they’re feeling, but get more of what they want in life. I work with clients who want to trust their own judgment and find freedom from relationship and family patterns. I have worked with clients feeling down, anxious, experiencing relationship or family issues, exploring neurodivergence, sexuality and or gender identity, people impacted by trauma, and those experiencing or recovering from family and domestic violence.
I believe in creating a warm, playful, and transparent approach to therapy. My sessions involve deep conversations, experiential activities, and collaborative mapping to help clients reflect and understand their feelings.
I offer a variety of therapeutic approaches including deep conversations and experiential activities like chair work and imagery rescripting.
