I’m Dr Clair Lawson, the founder and Director of Lawson Clinical Psychology. I started LCP over 16 years ago because I wanted to create a practice where clinicians could do meaningful, evidence-based work and feel safe, supported and proud of what they achieve. What began as one small clinic has grown into a group of practices, including services in remote communities. But for me, it’s not about size or numbers. It’s about the people. It’s about the culture we’ve built together and the way we show up for each other and our clients every day. When clinicians feel valued and connected, great care follows. That’s what really matters.
