Thank you for considering me as your Psychologist. My areas of interest are in Performance (in competitive sport, in creative industries and performing arts, in academic settings, individuals and teams in managerial- and executive roles) and Wellbeing. My aim is to help clients achieve their personal and professional goals, whilst maintaining life balance and general wellbeing. However, you don't need to be 'elite' to seek my services - my typical client is anyone aged between 10 years old to older adults, who has a goal or ambition, but is in some way stuck. Common issues include: managing emotions under pressure (emotional reactivity, performance anxiety), positive self-image (self-esteem, self-confidence), focus of attention training, preparation for performance (mental skills training/performance mindset), motivation/burnout, returning from injury, navigating career- and other major life changes.
As a Positive Psychologist, I believe all clients have the capacity to overcome the challenges they are facing - my role is to help unlock your potential, by helping you recognise your strengths, improve your self-insight and sharpen your mental skill set. I offer support in a caring, confidential environment, where you will feel listened to, and provided with practical strategies aimed at helping you achieve meaningful change.
As an AHPRA registered Psychologist I ensure quality care and 'gold standard' best practice for my clients through reflective practice (peer supervision) and ongoing professional development activities in both academic and practitioner forums.
I provide services within a solution-focused brief therapy model, aiming to help clients achieve meaningful change anywhere between 2-10 sessions. I'm trained in a number of therapeutic approaches (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Training, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness Integrated CBT), and will draw on interventions from these various approaches that best suit your needs.
I am on Therapy Online Australia since: 22 June 2026
