I have worked in various settings including public health, private practice, inpatient and outpatient clinics, and tertiary education.
I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their struggles and achieve their goals. My approach is holistic, person-centered, and compassion-based.
I offer a variety of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My approach aims to help clients heal from trauma and connect authentically in their relationships.
