I have been practicing as a clinical psychologist since 2010. I have worked in various settings, including the Clinical Research Unit for Anxiety and Depression at St Vincent’s Hospital, the Anxiety Treatment and Research Unit at Westmead Hospital, and the Kiloh Centre at the Prince of Wales Hospital. My experience covers a range of conditions, including PTSD, anxiety disorders, depression, and health-related concerns.

Philosophy and Vision

I believe in providing scientifically supported approaches in an empathic, supportive environment. My approach focuses on understanding clients' concerns and teaching them the skills they need to overcome them.

Therapy Approach

I primarily use cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) as it has strong research support. I also incorporate mindfulness and acceptance-based approaches, including ACT and DBT, to address various psychological issues.
