I have been practicing as a counsellor for over 20 years, providing support to individuals, couples, and families. My experience includes serving as the Director of the Centre for Life, Marriage and Family in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Perth. I also lecture in counselling at the University of Notre Dame Australia, specializing in various topics including grief, anxiety, and relationship challenges.
I believe in creating a compassionate and respectful space for clients to explore their concerns. My approach integrates faith-based perspectives for those who value them, while remaining open and supportive to all clients regardless of their spiritual beliefs.
My approach to care is grounded in attentiveness, respect, and a commitment to genuine change. I work collaboratively with clients to understand not just the presenting issue, but the deeper patterns shaping their relationships and lives. Sessions are structured yet flexible, allowing space for both practical tools and meaningful reflection.
I practice in a trauma-informed way, which means I prioritise safety, pace, and choice in the counselling process. I’m attentive to how past experiences may shape present reactions, and I work carefully to ensure clients are not overwhelmed, but supported to engage at a level that feels manageable and constructive.
I offer individual, couple, and family counselling, utilising an integrative approach that draws from various therapeutic modalities. My focus is on fostering resilience and personal growth through tailored support.
I am on Therapy Online Australia since: 10 April 2026
