I have over six years of experience in mental health and am passionate about helping people improve their mental health. I provide a safe space for clients to explore, grow, and heal. My experience includes supporting individuals facing relationship struggles, depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, and more. Originally from South Africa, I moved to Australia in 2019 and have worked in both not-for-profit and private sectors, including Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).
I believe that every individual has unique strengths and resources to harness to overcome their challenges. My approach focuses on warmth and collaboration, providing a nurturing therapeutic space where well-being thrives.
I utilize a person-centred strengths-based approach and evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
