I am a Clinical Psychologist with experience working across the lifespan in various settings including schools, private practice, and outpatient hospitals. I completed my Bachelor of Psychological Science at the University of Melbourne and my Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Queensland. I focus on neurodiversity and have a keen interest in cognitive assessments.

Philosophy and Vision

I believe in the importance of understanding and embracing the diversity of each person’s experiences. My approach is neuro-affirming and client-centered, ensuring a secure, supportive, and non-judgmental environment tailored to each individual’s needs.

Therapy Approach

I offer a range of evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy. My practice also includes trauma-informed therapy and mindfulness-based approaches.
