I have over 25 years of experience as a Psychologist, with the last 15 years spent in Sydney. I support adults from diverse backgrounds in managing their mental health. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness stress reduction.
