I have been practicing as a psychologist since 2015, following my work as a Constable and Intelligence Officer in the Queensland Police Service. My experience includes working with Headspace in the youth early psychosis program and Mates4Mates, focusing on veterans' mental health issues. I am passionate about using exercise and mindfulness to improve mental well-being.
I believe in the power of exercise and mindfulness in managing mental health issues. My approach focuses on reducing stigma around mental health and advocating for a culture of support and understanding.
I offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Mindfulness Skills Training. My approach is integrative, focusing on the individual's needs.
