I have worked as a Clinical Psychologist for over 20 years. I have experience treating anxiety, panic attacks, depression, eating disorders, sleep difficulties, trauma, addictions, and relationship issues. I see individuals and adolescents for personal issues and couples for relationship counselling.
I believe that much of my client’s distress can be reduced by increasing their ability to access and tolerate feelings. My approach focuses on using mindfulness training to help clients access and tolerate difficult emotions and live more fully in the present.
I offer Psychodynamic Therapy and Mindfulness. I use my psychodynamic training to provide a strong base for understanding my clients and the issues they come to therapy with.
