I have been practicing since 2009 and have worked across various public health settings, including hospitals and disability services. I completed my Honours Degree in Psychology in 2009, followed by a Master of Psychology (Health) in 2013 and a Master of Psychology (Clinical) in 2023. I have developed expertise in helping individuals navigate relational difficulties and emotional challenges.
I believe that with the right support, understanding, and environment, people can move through even the most difficult experiences and create meaningful change. My vision is to provide a safe and compassionate space where clients feel accepted and supported as they work toward greater self-understanding, emotional balance, and improved relationships.
I am committed to providing high-quality, compassionate, and evidence-informed care. My work is guided by extensive experience across diverse clinical settings, allowing me to tailor support to each individual’s unique needs. As an approved supervisor, I also value maintaining high professional standards and contributing to the development of quality psychological practice.
My approach to therapy is gentle, supportive, and focused on fostering acceptance and a strong sense of safety. I work with individuals experiencing relational difficulties, unhelpful thoughts about themselves or others, and challenges with emotional regulation or impulse control.
I have a special interest in supporting people with Adjustment Disorders, Personality Disorders, Intellectual Disabilities, and Anxiety Disorders. I aim to help clients build insight, develop healthier ways of coping, and move toward meaningful and lasting change in their lives.
I am on Therapy Online Australia since: 10 April 2026
