I am a registered psychologist and PhD candidate specialising in trauma-informed, person-centred care. I support individuals across the lifespan with issues including anxiety, depression, childhood/sexual trauma, neurodiversity, LGBTQIA+ issues, school refusal, family violence, and interpersonal challenges. My lived experience has informed national policy and advocacy work, including invitations to speak at Parliament House in Canberra.

Philosophy and Vision

I believe in providing tailored support to meet my clients’ unique needs. My approach focuses on helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges, strengthen emotional well-being, and foster healthy, meaningful relationships.

Therapy Approach

I draw on a range of evidence-based modalities—including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR)—to provide effective therapy.
