I have been practicing as a psychologist with a focus on high-stress environments, particularly those involving military and emergency services. My career began after serving as a commissioned officer in the Australian Army, which led me to pursue psychology at Monash and Bond University. I specialize in working with adults, particularly in addressing complex trauma and stress-related issues.
