I have been practicing as a psychologist for over 17 years, focusing on helping individuals and families navigate the challenges of mental health and wellbeing. I completed my Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and Master of Psychology (Organisational) at the University of New South Wales. My experience includes working with expectant mothers and new parents, providing support during the transformative transition to parenthood.
I believe in using a holistic, integrated approach to therapy that combines various evidence-based practices. My goal is to help individuals not only alleviate their suffering but also to thrive and live fulfilling lives.
I offer a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). My approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
