I am a registered psychologist who works with adolescents and adults in private practice. I have a warm, collaborative, and client-focused approach, with particular experience supporting teenagers through the emotional and developmental challenges of adolescence. I provide evidence-based therapy tailored to each client’s needs, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and family-based approaches. I work with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, self-esteem, and neurodevelopmental conditions such as ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
