I am an experienced and highly qualified Clinical Psychologist and Psychodynamic Psychotherapist with a particular interest in the treatment of anxiety disorders, depression, personality disorders, and trauma. I have worked in both hospital and private clinical settings and have an excellent understanding of mental health issues. I am committed to the provision of effective, evidence-based psychological treatments.

I believe in a trauma-informed, collaborative framework and am particularly experienced in helping clients understand unconscious patterns that may be limiting their wellbeing or relationships.

I offer assessment and treatment in brief modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), as well as in-depth psychodynamic psychotherapy aimed at resolving long-standing or complex issues.
